Town Board Meeting
March 18, 2015
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Froeba. The posting was verified. The February minutes were reviewed and accepted. All board members were present.
B. Loos asked if the costs of the dust proof equipment will be reported in the annual financial report. The clerk responded yes.
There was further discussion on the truck being considered for purchase. There will be a trip March 26 to test drive and assess truck by the board.
A discussion of the state finance committee proposal to shift property assessment from local governments to the counties. A resolution was to oppose was signed by all board members after a motion by G. Santilli and seconded by E. Roehl.
Changes to the request for gravel bids were discussed and made. Changes to the required bid form shared from the county were also made and agreed to. The notice will be published in the TRG and Shopper. Bid requests will also be mailed out to vendors. The bids will be opened at a board meeting on May 4, 2015 at 7:30pm.
The financial report was distributed by D. Odeen. The invoices were reviewed and approved for payment after a motion by E. Roehl and seconded by G. Santilli.
The next board meeting will be April 15, and the annual meeting will be April 21. Meeting was adjourned after a motion by G. Santilli and seconded by E. Roehl.
